Database instruction

All protocols and recipes within the database have been used successfully by a member of the Donelson laboratory. Some of these protocols or their derivatives have previously been published, so please reference the appropriate manuscript(s) if they are indicated on the protocol page. Some protocols have been adopted from work published by other laboratories.  Please note such instances and give reference where appropriate.

There are two links to each protocol in the database. The link to the entry itself is a Microsoft Office Document (Word, Powerpoint, or Excel) or in some cases a Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) file. These files can be downloaded, or they can be opened directly if your computer is equipped with Microsoft office and you use Internet Explorer 5.x as your web browser. Alternatively, the link beside each database entry called "(.htm)" is a web version of the entry. These versions should be opened by any web browser. If you have problems viewing material within the database, please contact one of the web administrators listed above. Thanks.
