Use 2 ul of coctail per 1 ml of medium !!!!

***In some cases, the G418 stock concentration will be 60 mg/ml. If so then use 20 ul in the 1X table (supplement water to 50.3 ul) and 80 ul in the 4X table (supplement water to 201.3 ul). See Table Below

***In some cases, the Hygro stock concentration will be 120 mg/ml. If so then use 33.3 ul in the 1X table (supplement water to 92.7 ul) and in the 4X use 133.2 ul (supplement water to 370.8 ul). See Table Below
