120 mM KCl (anhydr) 4.47g

0.15 mM CaCl₂ 0.5 ml of 150 mM stock

10 mM K₂HPO₄ (anhyd) 0.87g

25 mM Hepes 2.97g

2 mM EDTA 2.0 ml of 0.5 M EDTA pH 8.0

5 mM MgCl₂ 2.5 ml of 1.0 M MgCl₂

Dissolve in 450 ml water adjust pH to 7.6 with KOH.
